By accessing or using the website located at intccard.org (the "Website"), submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a programme, or engaging the services of the International Centre for Career Development ("INTCCARD", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Website or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, participants, enquirers, and others who access or use the Website.
2. About INTCCARD
The International Centre for Career Development is an executive education and capacity-building institution incorporated in the Kingdom of Eswatini (Reg. No. 1153 of 2006), headquartered at UG02, Plot No. 996, Litsemba Street, Sidvwashini Industrial Site, Mbabane, Eswatini.
INTCCARD designs and delivers professional development programmes, leadership training, and organisational consultancy services for individuals and institutions across Africa and beyond.
3. Use of This Website
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Website. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Programme materials, handouts, and resources provided to enrolled participants are for personal learning use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without INTCCARD's written consent.
5. Programme Enrolment & Participation
Enrolment in an INTCCARD programme is subject to the following conditions:
- Completion of the application or registration form with accurate and complete information.
- Receipt of a formal confirmation from INTCCARD. Submission of an application does not guarantee enrolment.
- Full or agreed partial payment of programme fees prior to the programme commencement date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Compliance with any prerequisite qualifications or experience requirements specified for the programme.
INTCCARD reserves the right to decline an application, cancel a programme, modify programme content, change facilitators, or alter delivery format (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) at its discretion, with reasonable prior notice to enrolled participants.
6. Fees & Payment
Programme fees are quoted on the Website and in our communications and are subject to change. The applicable fee is the one confirmed in your enrolment confirmation letter.
- Fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or the currency specified in your confirmation, and are inclusive of programme materials unless otherwise stated.
- Fees do not include travel, accommodation, visa, or incidental costs unless explicitly stated.
- Payment is due by the date indicated in the enrolment confirmation. Late payment may result in forfeiture of your place.
- Group and institutional discounts are available; please contact us for details.
- Receipts and invoices are issued upon payment and are available on request.
7. Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 21 days before programme start: Full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- 14–21 days before programme start: 50% refund of fees paid.
- Fewer than 14 days before programme start: No refund. However, you may transfer your place to a colleague or defer to a future cohort (subject to availability) at no additional charge.
- No-shows: No refund will be issued for participants who do not attend without prior notice.
If INTCCARD cancels a programme, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of fees paid or the option to transfer to an alternative cohort.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to trainings@intccard.org.
8. Participant Conduct
INTCCARD is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and professional learning environment. All participants are expected to:
- Treat fellow participants, facilitators, and INTCCARD staff with courtesy and respect.
- Engage constructively and professionally in all programme activities.
- Refrain from disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behaviour.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information shared by fellow participants during the programme.
- Not record, photograph, or reproduce programme sessions without the prior consent of INTCCARD and the relevant participants.
INTCCARD reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
INTCCARD does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on the Website.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, INTCCARD, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to INTCCARD in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or service providers. These links are provided for your convenience only. INTCCARD has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by INTCCARD of the linked site or its operators.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to mediation under the rules of an agreed mediator. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
13. Changes to These Terms
INTCCARD reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Website or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants by email.
