Admission & Application
10 Questions

Applying to INTCCARD is simple and straightforward. You have three options:

Once your application is received, we will issue an official admission letter and invoice within 48 working hours.

Individual applicants require:

  • A completed application / nomination letter (individual or organisational)
  • A copy of your current CV or professional profile
  • Your passport copy (for international participants)

Corporate and organisational nominations should additionally include an authorisation letter from HR or management. No minimum educational qualification is required for most programmes — professional experience is the key criterion.

Most INTCCARD programmes do not require a minimum academic qualification. Our programmes are designed for working professionals at all career levels — from supervisors and middle managers to senior executives and directors.

What matters most is relevant professional experience and a genuine desire to learn and grow. Some advanced executive programmes may recommend a minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in the relevant field.

We recommend applying at least 4–6 weeks before your preferred programme start date. This allows sufficient time for:

  • Processing your admission and issuing your official letter
  • Arranging your visa application (where applicable)
  • Organising travel, flights, and accommodation
  • Processing payment via Swift Transfer

Late applications are accepted on a space-available basis. Contact us if you need urgent enrolment.

Absolutely. Organisational nominations are one of the most common admission routes at INTCCARD. Your employer’s HR department or management can send a formal nomination letter listing the names of nominated employees, their chosen programmes, and the proposed dates. We will then issue separate admission letters and a consolidated invoice for the organisation.

✓ Recommended for group bookings of 3 or more participants

Yes. We understand that work schedules can change. You may request a programme or date change by emailing trainings@intccard.org at least 2 weeks before your scheduled start date. Date changes are accommodated at no extra charge subject to availability.

There is no age limit. INTCCARD programmes are open to all working professionals regardless of age. We have trained participants ranging from recent graduates beginning their careers to senior civil servants, directors, and government ministers in their 50s and 60s.

Yes. You can apply for multiple programmes running in different months or in different intake cycles. Many participants attend INTCCARD more than once, choosing a different discipline each time. We can issue a single admission letter covering multiple programmes and provide a consolidated invoice.

Here is what to expect after applying:

  • Within 24–48 hours: You receive an official Admission Letter and Invoice
  • After payment: You receive a Confirmation of Enrolment and detailed programme information
  • 1 week before: You receive logistical information — venue, schedule, dress code, and airport transfer arrangements
  • On Day 1: You are welcomed with your conference bag, flash drive, and materials

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date are fully refundable or transferable to another programme. Cancellations within 7–14 days incur a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future intake. Please notify us as early as possible so we can assist you.

8 Questions

Programme fees vary depending on the duration (1–6 weeks), delivery method (in-person, virtual, or hybrid), and venue location. Fees are available on request and are competitive with international executive education standards.

To receive a quote, email trainings@intccard.org with the programme name and your preferred intake dates. We respond within 24 hours.

Yes. INTCCARD offers negotiable group rates for organisations nominating 3 or more participants to the same programme. The larger the group, the more favourable the rate. Contact us at trainings@intccard.org for a group quote.

We also offer preferential rates for public sector institutions, NGOs, and development organisations in recognition of their capacity-building mandates.

Accommodation is not included in the standard tuition fee. However, INTCCARD can assist with accommodation reservations at preferential rates near the training venue. In Mbabane, we work closely with the Hilton Garden Inn and several other quality hotels nearby.

If you would like accommodation assistance, please indicate this in your application and we will provide options and rates.

Instalment arrangements can be considered on a case-by-case basis for individual applicants who face payment timing challenges. Please discuss this with us directly at the time of application. For organisational nominations, full payment or a confirmed purchase order is typically required before programme commencement.

Virtual programme fees are generally lower than in-person fees because they exclude logistics costs such as airport transfers, meals, and on-site materials. However, virtual participants still receive all digital study materials and the Certificate of Attendance. Contact us for specific virtual programme pricing.

INTCCARD does not currently offer standalone scholarships. However, we work with a number of development partners, government training funds, and donor agencies who sponsor participants. We encourage applicants to explore training bursaries available through their national human resource development agencies, professional bodies, or employer training funds. We are happy to provide any documentation needed to support a sponsorship application.

Programmes & Curriculum
10 Questions

INTCCARD’s 2026 Training & Development Calendar features over 200 programmes across 24 specialist disciplines, including General Management, Human Resources, Finance, Project Management, ICT & AI, Public Administration, Energy Systems, Records Management, Procurement, Pension Management, and more.

We also develop bespoke programmes on request for organisations with unique training needs not covered in our standard catalogue.

Programme durations range from 1 week to 6 weeks, depending on the subject area and depth of coverage. Most standard programmes run for 1–2 weeks. Advanced or executive-level programmes may run for 3–6 weeks. Each programme can be further compressed or extended to suit your organisation’s schedule on request.

Yes — absolutely. All INTCCARD programmes are fully customisable. We tailor content, case studies, examples, and exercises to your organisation’s industry, context, team size, and strategic priorities. We can also develop entirely new programmes that are not in our current catalogue, based on a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) we conduct with your HR team.

✓ Bespoke programme development available for all sectors

Most programmes run across four intake cycles per year: January, April, July, and October. This means you typically have four opportunities per year to attend any given programme. Specific dates are published in the 2026 Training & Development Calendar available on our Training Calendar page.

All INTCCARD programmes are delivered in English. For organisational in-house programmes, delivery in French or Portuguese can be arranged upon specific request for Francophone or Lusophone African organisations, subject to facilitator availability.

INTCCARD maintains a robust pool of expert facilitators who hold advanced academic qualifications (Masters and PhD level) combined with extensive industry experience. Our facilitators have worked across government, international organisations, NGOs, and the private sector, bringing both theoretical depth and real-world practical insight to every session.

A standard INTCCARD training day runs from approximately 08:30 to 16:30, structured as follows:

  • Morning session (08:30 – 10:30): Lecture, case studies, group discussion
  • Tea/coffee break (10:30 – 11:00)
  • Late morning session (11:00 – 13:00): Practical exercises, syndicate work
  • Buffet lunch (13:00 – 14:00): Networking opportunity
  • Afternoon session (14:00 – 16:00): Applied learning, presentations, Q&A
  • Wrap-up and reflection (16:00 – 16:30)

To ensure quality interaction and adequate facilitator attention, INTCCARD maintains a recommended class size of 15–25 participants per programme. For in-house/corporate training, we can accommodate larger groups by deploying multiple facilitators or running parallel sessions. Virtual programmes can accommodate up to 40 participants per session.

Yes. Our published calendar represents our standard offerings, but we regularly develop bespoke programmes on request. If you require training in a specialised area not covered by the calendar, contact us with your training brief and we will develop a customised curriculum and quote for you within 5 working days.

Yes — our open-enrolment programmes bring together participants from different countries, sectors, and organisations. This cross-sector interaction is one of the most valuable aspects of the INTCCARD experience, enabling participants to benchmark practices and build professional networks across industries and borders.

Delivery Methods
6 Questions

INTCCARD programmes are available in four flexible delivery formats:

  • In-Person: Face-to-face at our Mbabane HQ (Hilton Garden Inn) or any client-preferred venue
  • Virtual / Online: Live instructor-led sessions via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any preferred platform
  • Hybrid: A blend of in-person and virtual delivery for dispersed teams
  • On-Site / In-House: Customised delivery exclusively at your organisation’s premises

Our virtual programmes are fully interactive and live — not pre-recorded videos. They are conducted by the same expert facilitators as our in-person sessions and include real-time discussion, group exercises, case studies, and Q&A. Virtual participants receive all digital study materials and the Certificate of Attendance upon completion. The main difference is the absence of in-person networking and the Mbabane experience.

Yes. INTCCARD facilitators can travel to your country and deliver programmes at your preferred venue. We have delivered in-country training in Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, and Uganda. For international in-country delivery, fees will include facilitator travel, accommodation, and logistics in addition to tuition. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Requirements for virtual attendance are minimal:

  • A computer, laptop, or tablet with a camera and microphone
  • A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended)
  • Zoom or Microsoft Teams installed (free to download)
  • A quiet, professional environment

We will send you full joining instructions, including the session link and login details, at least 48 hours before the programme starts.

All in-person programmes at our Mbabane headquarters are hosted at the prestigious Hilton Garden Inn Mbabane, located in the heart of the city. The venue provides world-class conference facilities, comfortable breakout rooms, reliable internet, and excellent catering — creating an ideal professional learning environment. Airport transfers between King Mswati III International Airport and the venue are included in your tuition.

For virtual programmes, session recordings may be made available to enrolled participants for a limited period (typically 30 days) for personal review, subject to facilitator approval and participant consent. Recordings are not shared publicly or made available to non-enrolled participants. All study materials are provided on a 32GB flash drive (for in-person) or as a digital download (for virtual participants).

7 Questions

Citizens of most African countries receive visas on arrival in the Kingdom of Eswatini and do not need to apply in advance. Countries including South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Botswana, Malawi, Lesotho, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and many others have visa-free or visa-on-arrival access.

Citizens of non-African countries or those requiring pre-arranged visas should contact their nearest Eswatini diplomatic mission. INTCCARD will issue an official Invitation Letter to support your application. Contact us at +268 76613252 for country-specific guidance.

Yes. INTCCARD issues an official Invitation Letter on letterhead for all enrolled participants who require it for visa applications. This letter confirms your enrolment, programme details, venue, and dates. It is issued upon payment confirmation or receipt of an official purchase order. Please request it when submitting your application.

The nearest airport to Mbabane is King Mswati III International Airport (SHO) in Sikhuphe, Eswatini. Direct or connecting flights operate from OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg, South Africa), which is a major hub for connections from across Africa and internationally.

Certification & CPD
5 Questions

All participants who successfully complete an INTCCARD programme receive an official Certificate of Attendance issued by the International Centre for Career Development. The certificate includes your full name, the programme title, duration, dates, and the signature of the Managing Director. It is printed on high-quality paper and presented at a closing ceremony on the final day.

INTCCARD certificates are recognised professional development credentials issued by an established institution incorporated in the Kingdom of Eswatini since 2006. They are widely accepted by employers, government ministries, and development agencies across Africa as evidence of structured professional development. They are particularly valued in Southern and East Africa where INTCCARD has the longest track record.

INTCCARD programmes are structured short courses that typically qualify for CPD recognition by professional bodies, depending on your country and regulatory framework. Many participants have successfully logged INTCCARD training hours toward their professional body CPD requirements. We recommend confirming eligibility with your specific professional association. We are happy to provide a detailed programme outline to support CPD applications.

A minimum attendance of 80% of all programme sessions is required to receive a Certificate of Attendance. Participants who miss more than 20% of sessions due to unavoidable circumstances may receive a letter of participation instead. We encourage all participants to attend all sessions to maximise the value and networking benefits of the programme.

Yes. Replacement certificates can be issued upon request for a small administrative fee. Please email trainings@intccard.org with your full name, programme title, and approximate date of attendance. Allow 5–7 working days for processing. Digital copies in PDF format are available at no cost.
